Sundara Partners is a private investment firm that helps small businesses unlock their full potential.
We are mission-driven owner-operators.
We build value across our portfolio of lower-middle market companies by deploying impactful financial and operational solutions. We tactfully improve the profitability, competitiveness, and strategic vision of our portfolio companies, rather than relying solely on financial leverage.
We are industry and business life cycle stage agnostic. Instead, we choose to invest in companies where we know we can create value.
Legacy transition and preservation
Solutions for complex challenges
The success of any business can always be traced back to the success of its employees. Creating a culture where employees feel appreciated, respected, and fairly compensated is our most important tenet.
Trust-based, collaborative relationships drive the growth of an organization. We empower our employees by giving them the trust and tools they need to provide a delightful customer experience at every touchpoint.
The main prerequisite to sustainable growth is the pursuit of continuous improvement. Our operational mandate is to habitually harness, memorialize, and build upon the collective wisdom of the organization.
Making short-term, heedless decisions will eventually lead to long-term troubles. We instill a culture of thoughtful prudence and balanced conservatism to inform every decision and ensure strength in all environments.
Every industry has pockets of untapped potential. To remain as agile as possible, we retain a sector-agnostic approach, instead focusing on businesses that have a strong foundation and are equipped for growth.
